1. Names:
Generic name is with brand name Xenical.

2. Orlistat Usage:
The recommended dose of XENICAL is one 120-mg capsule three times a day with each main meal containing fat (during or up to 1 hour after the meal).

3. Warning on Orlistat:
Absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and other fat-soluble nutrients is inhibited by the use of orlistat. A multivitamin tablet containing vitamins A,D, E, K, and beta-caroteneshould be taken once a day, at bedtime, when using orlistat.
